Provided automation support as equipment SME during Engineering and C&Q commissioning.Process Automation support for the Fill Finish area. Responsible for following engineering activities: Responsible for defining and configuring OPC points for the E-Beam and Syringe Inspection Machine using Kepware server software. These OPC points provided PLC data to an OSI PI Historian for use in troubleshooting and batch report development. Worked with the vendor during startup and shakedown to ensure all punch list items from FAT were addressed before final turnover. Provided automation support during Engineering and C&Q commissioning protocol execution.
