Responsible for managing the standardization of control system platforms across multiple OEM packages and ensuring vendors deliver skids to the project specifications. Responsible for organizing and executing Factory Acceptance Testing related to automation. Responsible for defining integration requirements between all OEM skids, the PAS DeltaV System and OSI PI Data Historian.

Lead process automation engineer for the Clean Utilities equipment in the Facility Operations area. Responsible for the following engineering activities: Performed design reviews of all vendor automation documentation for the Water Pretreatment, Water Purification, Pure Steam Generator and WFI Still skids controlled by an Allen Bradley PLC controller. Provided input to development of Engineering Commissioning Protocol test templates.  Responsible for developing functional testing, loop check performance, and interface signal testing for FAT and Commissioning test protocols.  Developed the automation concept and functional specifications for the PUW and WFI Storage and Distribution Systems using the DeltaV PAS. Performed the startup and shakedown activities for each clean utility skid on site. Modified logic as needed per site Automation Change Request procedure. Provided automation support as equipment SME during Engineering and C&Q commissioning.Process Automation support for the Fill Finish area. Responsible for following engineering activities: Responsible for defining and configuring OPC points for the E-Beam and Syringe Inspection Machine using Kepware server software. These OPC points provided PLC data to an OSI PI Historian for use in troubleshooting and batch report development. Worked with the vendor during startup and shakedown to ensure all punch list items from FAT were addressed before final turnover. Provided automation support during Engineering and C&Q commissioning protocol execution.

Lead Engineer for automation design for MnB 2086 Project. Responsible for tracking automation changes through Change Management process during project implementation and developing project schedule based on system boundaries and critical path activities. Provided SME input for implementation of project Integrated Commissioning/Validation principles on a cross-functional team consisting of End User, Validation and QA representatives. Responsible for managing and directing automation integrator contractors to ensure delivery of scheduled automation changes in preparation for commissioning execution. Facilitated the setup of support infrastructure for the turnover of facility design documentation, PLC skidded equipment, DeltaV source code and other project critical documentation for 13V Project. Supported development of IQ/OQ protocols for all FSDF PLC systems and assisted with protocol execution. Developed tracking database for project Change Management documentation. Participated in GCA Audit in preparation for Full Scale Development Facility release for production of Clinical Trial Material.
