Renewal Energy, environmental law and litigation. I am co-chair of the Environmental and Energy group at Hinckley Allen and have over 34 years of experience in environmental and energy law. I have handled some of New England’s and New York’s most complex and significant environmental and energy matters including permitting for the first offshore wind farm in the United States before the Rhode Island Coastal Resources Management Council and Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management. I have navigated permitting in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New York for the Revolution Wind, South Fork and Sunrise offshore wind farms including for federal consistency reviews. I also have extensive experience in the area of emerging contaminants and am handling numerous matters for clients in the evolving area of PFAS regulations and PFAS litigation. I am a fellow of the American College of Environmental Lawyers.
