Liaison to all NE local and state bowling associations affiliated with the United States Bowling Congress. Conduct monthly conference calls with associations and travel in the field once a month meeting with local and state associations to provide them the tools and resources necessary to be implement new programs, build and strengthen relationships between associations, bowling centers and USBC by providing education in the field.

• Coordination and planning of afterschool program for middle school youth in West Chester Area School District• Worked with facilitators to develop strong lessons plans to implement the evidence based program, Lions Quest, on a weekly basis of the afterschool program planning• Provide technical support to coalition as needed for grant reporting and other data collection

• Supervise personnel, assign and review work, evaluate performance, initiate corrective action and respond to grievances. Maintain standards of professionalism and morale among all departmental employees.• Responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, coordinating, and evaluating assigned programs and projects within the framework of the CCF mission, placing equal emphasis on substance abuse, juvenile crime, early childhood education and child abuse prevention. • Develop budgets and monitor fiscal funds, Memorandums of Understanding and Intergovernmental Agreements, oversight and maintenance of Federal and State Grant Budgets annually of $750,000, local, state and federal contract and grant reporting, on-going research and grant writing for local, state and federal funds, development of annual work plans and budget for locally funded providers, schools and community partners• Continuous relationship building among community partners, external agencies, board members and local community members• Provide visionary thinking, convening and engaging partners, facilitating groups of individuals and agencies to focus on common goals for the health and safety of Deschutes County youth• Collect necessary data to develop bi-ennial strategic plans, utilizing best practice strategies and planning for delivery of needed services
