I have been with KOC for over 25 years. I am responsible for entering the physicians charges for services rendered and make the appropriate adjustments for some charges if required. Help front desk area with coding tickets, diagnosis and registration. Communicate with the physicians when problems occur and resolving the conflict. I am also involved with helping patients get registered and scheduling appointments with physicians. I had previously worked in the scheduling center for KOC for 11 years for new and return evaluations. I am very familiar with ICD-10 codes,CPT codes and medical terminology. I have completed a Medical Coding and Billing course at UT non credit course. Currently taking AAPC coding class at UT. Work with the Next-Gen system. Notary.
