Qatar petrochemical company- QVC- Shutdown project 2024.Pipeline corrosion inspection, Pressure vessel Inspection, Furnace inspection, Heat exchanger inspection, Pipe weld inspection and equipment weld inspection using various NDT methods, Interpreting and evaluating the results.

Accurately completing and updating all NDE, welder qualification, visual weld inspection and repair reports.Perform NDT on materials, parts and pipeline welds according to established procedure in order to determine their integrity and fitness for use.Essential Responsibilities. Conduct NDT inspection of materials and pipeline welds to ensure that presents of flaws are detected.Perform PT and MT on butt weld fillet weld and branch weld of pipeline projects and structures.Perform UT lamination and Thickness survey on pipeline,vessel and exchangers. X ray inspections of weld joints in the power piping process piping, and shop welds.Review and interpret RT films of new weld joints according to ASME acceptance criteria.Record and maintain all NDT activities to achieve the client requirements.

REFINERY SHUTDOWN PROJECT Perform all conventional Non Destructive Inspection,Ultrasonic Testing(UT), Dye penetrant testing(PT),Magnetic particle testing(MT), UTG. Corrosion & Erosion inspection in piping, Exchangers, vessels, columns and tanks.

Produce reports for calibration inspection and testing carried out on products.Perform NDT on manufactured products as required.Perform and document first article inspections to support the component qualification process.Skilled in using various measuring tools such as micrometer, caliper, gauges, profile projector, roughness and hardness machine etc.

Perform UT/MT/PT/VT inspections prepare NDT reports, keeping track record of documents, following up NDT request and planning of NDT activities.Perform NDT equipment maintenance and calibration.Maintain a high standard of house keeping, attention to detail and quality of work.Complying with all relevant procedures and deliver high standards of safety performance during all activities.
