I am a director and Head of Insolvency & Restructuring in the Bermuda office of Conyers Dill & Pearman. I joined Conyers in 1985 as an associate in the litigation department. I became partner in 1992 and am responsible for Conyers' Bermuda liquidations practice, both solvent and insolvent.I advise companies, directors, regulators, investors, creditors and liquidators in all aspects of insolvency and restructuring. I am experienced in complex, multi-national and cross border reorganisations. I have drafted numerous shareholder and creditor schemes of arrangements for all types of companies, including solvent and insolvent insurance companies.I am a frequent speaker at conferences, and regularly contributes to various industry and legal publications. I am the Co-Editor of “Cross Border Judicial Cooperation in Offshore Litigation (the British Offshore World)”.
