Hello and welcome to my profile. I have had a great opportunity to work with HP CDS at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch as part of the Managed Print Service. I have visited and worked on other sites such as Lloyds TSB and HSBC briefly, both still with HP CDS on Print. I have had experience in some management and delegation in the past and I'm just waiting for the opportunity to apply this in my current role. I'm eager, determined and hungry for the next step in every aspect of life, not just my working life.

  I am part of the Managed Print Service team currently positioned at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch. I joined the role with HP CDS in June 2011 when the MPS was new for the site and had built it from the ground up with my colleagues at HP CDS. This now involves:Toner monitoring and replenishmentGeneral maintenance of PrintersPrinter Hardware supportProblem solvingDevice installationNetwork, DNS and DHCP knowledgeScheduling and planningAdministration work using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)Web JetAdmin experienceI enjoy working in this role as part of a team of 4. At times I have worked on this role on my own and at times with many other teams with as many as 20+ individuals involved on a single job. I take on most of the administrative side of the MPS team as well as getting involved with the hardware side of the role with Maintenance and Toner replenishment. It is not uncommon for us to work with other teams within the Bank of America Merrill Lynch and HP CDS to resolve and issue or achieve a task. By doing this, I have gained a wide experience of many aspects of Networks, Hardware, DNS and DHPC, Customer Delivery and Servers.
