For more than two decades, I have dedicated myself to serving students in higher education. Throughout my extensive experience, I have developed expertise in library services, leadership, management, and supervision. As the Library Operations and Circulation Specialist, I provide leadership and management of course reserves services and play an integral role in the development of library lending services, particularly in college textbook initiatives. Additionally, I serve as the primary liaison to key library staff and the broader LCC community, fostering shared service partnerships and cultivating strong relationships with LCC faculty, staff, and students in initiatives related to course materials support.With a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, I perform a wide range of library circulation and department office services. I coordinate the functions of the library's department office while ensuring a user-centered approach that promotes efficiency and effectiveness. As an alternate lead, I assist in the hiring, training, and supervision of student employees. Furthermore, I oversee the maintenance and security of library stacks and actively promote services while building relationships with other college initiative programs.
