Document FMS policies, guidelines, and standards such as US Treasury, FMS CM Plan Guidelines and Template, Business Continuity Plan, CM Strategic Plan, and Service Level Agreements.

Serve as Project Scheduler for multiple IT infrastructure projects. Responsible for managing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using MS Project. Coordinate monthly schedule updates to the IMS. Worked directly with COR on contracts, invoices, schedule conflicts, and resources. Serve as lead Technical Writer. Facilitate and draft Army position to the Joint Technical Architecture-Army (JTA-Army) and the DOD Joint Technical Architecture. Research standards that promote interoperability for all soldier, weapon and business systems.  Conducts programmatic and technical assessments of C4ISR Technical Views, Operational Views, System Views, and IT acquisition documents. Develop and staff DOD and Army Policy.  Write Army position to develop the Federal Enterprise Architecture Frameworks. Administer content M\management and security of the AKEA Knowledge Center and Website. Secured the AKEA Site using Single Sign-On emulation.
