I am a people and culture professional, with a breadth and depth of experience in organisational development across the public and private sectors.I work for the National Transport Commission, where I develop and implement HR strategy to support organisational goals. Before joining NTC, I worked in the Victorian public sector -- and had great experiences working across executive employment and leadership development portfolios within VicGov. I also had early career experience in blue chip private sector organisations which gave me a solid foundation for the my work in organisational development. I enjoy learning about evidence-based practice for leadership and positive organisations, and am always keen to connect with other P&C/OD professionals. I enjoy it when I can tackle the daily challenges in my job, and come up with practical solutions that help others. Nonetheless, I think my ideal day features working collaboratively with a team to design creative solutions to unprecented situations.I have a Master of Education from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne.
