The most important skill I have, which has followed me through over 20 years HR experience, across industries, is 'upliftability'. Yep I have just created a word (look, I just discovered another skill). Every day I strive to try and love and appreciate myself, so I can love and appreciate others. I stive to lift others up, because we all could use a boost to reach the top shelf. Every moment of every day, I strive to positively redirect my internal dialog, so when I open my mouth positivity and 'upliftability' makes its way out.
