Conduct first stage compressor blades replacement and re-rigging of variable stator vane bell crank assembly on F110-GE-129C turbine engines. Duties included removal of the upper outer duct, inner duct, compressor upper stator case, and first stage compressor blades. Adjustment to variable stator vane bell crank turnbuckles made to meet new configuration and new first stage compressor blades were ground, weighed, and installed. Verification of engine accessories, borescope of fan, compressor and hot sections prior to and after test cell operational run. Repaired FOD damage by blending and or replacement of fan and compressor rotor blades. Transferred engines to and from transportation trailers to hard stands in order to completed required maintenance actions.
