An all in one visual design company which specializes in retail environments, large event displays, fixture and lighting design, consulting as well as custom jobs.

Visually responsible for; the overseeing and management a 17 million dollar store, translation and implementation of corporate directives as well as embellishing upon them, analyzing dollars per square foot to increase effectiveness of business, directing two full time employees and maintaining seasonal fashion coordination.

Responsibilities include; fashion coordination and updating young men's, juniors, kids and men's furnishings mannequins as well as in store seasonal visual promotions.

Assistant to the manager of the central Florida flagship store. Areas of responsibility include ownership and upkeep of the Men's, Kids and Home floors as well as installation of storewide promotions and events.

Personally responsible for integrating Macys` standards into a diverse retail environment, as well as executing storewide promotions, updating fashion, performing training classes, managing a supply and sign holder budget, appropriating fixture transfers / ordering, attending management training classes and creating and implementing visual props.

Responsibilities included: Coordinating and directing employees within their individual projects, assessing and distributing vendor signage and collateral, maintaining a positive relationship with ten floor managers, attending store planning and time and action meetings, submitting supply lists for materials and maintaining the visuals, mannequins, shops.

Provided visual display, production, merchandising, signage, outsourcing, tradeshow booth installation and design to over 40 independent and corporate retail businesses in the west Michigan area, with a total of five employees and one intern over the span of two years. Responsibilities included: Accounting, marketing, sales, management, payroll, production.

Worked in the West Michigan Area providing window displays and product merchandising to 26 area businesses.

Window display team -Responsible for the partial conception, creation and implementation of 22 downtown window displays.
