CTeBS is the sister concern of Classic Fashions which is the largest apparel manufacturer in the MENA region. The company focuses on digitizing end-to-end manufacturing process thus improving operational efficiency and productivity in apparel manufacturing. As a Customer Success Manager, my responsibilities are:• Develop customer success strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.• Ensure client satisfaction by understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring smooth product adoption.• Lead sales efforts by overseeing the sales strategy, prospecting new clients, and presenting product solutions.• Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring timely and successful product rollouts across client locations.• Develop success strategies and plans for clients, focusing on how the solutions help their business• Manage a team of implementation specialists, providing guidance and support for successful project delivery.• Work closely with product teams to provide client feedback for product enhancements and new feature development.
