Website/Graphic/Database Design

As the first person to ever hold this position, she reformed many of the business processes of the church. In addition, she supervised the development and maintenance of the church website, implemented full use of a church management database, programmed custom databases and add-ons to third party software, provided statistical analysis of financial and attendance data, managed Accounts Payable and assorted accounting functions, supported the church computers, assembled the church budget, developed a crisis management plan, created presentations and desktop publishing products and overhauled the church newsletter. Furthermore, she undertook a number of human resource functions such as the creation of an employee handbook, development and adminstration of a cafeteria benefits plan, and the improvement of hiring/termination procedures.

As a consultant for Intellimark IT Solutions, Robin developed complex MS Access databases for two locations of Solutia (then a division of Monsanto) to manage their overtime allocations according to union agreements. She also worked as a contractor to Anheuser-Busch, Inc. for over five years doing computer training and programming related to engineering and purchasing functions and SAP data migration, as well as writing their Standard Operating Procedure template and leading a team to recommend an enterprise-wide document management system.
