Going from $0 to $1 mil in 3 1/2 years then nearly $3 million before the company sold to Hometeam Pest Control in 2013. During those years I worked every desk and held every available state license honing my sales, management and team building skills preparing me for a wide range of technical and professional opportunities to be explored here in California. I consider myself to be proficient in managing budgets, p&l's, handling vendors, sales, team building, accounts payable, accounts receivables and communications. Most of all I love people and I love a good challenge.

I started on the phones here doing sales and dispatching. I worked my way up through each department mastering sales, service and management at this company until I was eventually promoted to Operations Manager in 1996. During my time serving in the capacity of Operations Manager, we doubled this company's revenue. I was responsible for managing a phone room, 12 route drivers, numerous vendors . I handled accounts receivables, payroll and HR. I transitioned the company to a new software system and streamlined the client management program.
