I assisted with initiating, planning, and directing a positive information program to inform target audiences of the VA Hospital’s activities, goals and accomplishments. I marketed, publicized and advertised VA services and notable accomplishments through print, broadcast, internet and other formats. I developed and managed all aspects of the hospital's web pages, intranet, and social media channels. Serving in the Patient Advocate office, I advocated for patients, received and listened to complaints and areas of improvement.
