I am the system lead for the Risk Management Department. I am involved in software conversions, requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and reports/forms analysis. I also troubleshoot software and hardware issues before reporting items to the helpdesk. In addition, I create content to our intranet site and load CME courses into our learning management system.I also run monthly reports for the Risk Management Department which are reviewed by the executive team and Board members.As part of the CME team, I work with physicians and administrators to assist them with questions about CME history and policy discounts. I have also coordinated live CME programs for some of our key accounts.

I worked with other departments to come to solutions for system issues. I was involved in creating a claim history program for credentialing, upgrading existing department reports, creating ways to enter new policy types in the system.

I was a main point of contact for software and hardware issues within the department. I was also a power user and attended company-wide systems meetings.

As a finance assistant, I kept track of our asset depreciation, sent files to the bank, researched uncashed refunds, and processed A/P check requests.

As the finance technician, I assisted with the annual audit, and worked with other departments when questions arose about billing and cash posting.

I processed and audited billing for large group accounts. I also processed refunds and assisted with auditing operating check requests.

I posted lockbox payments, processed automated monthly payments, and responded to policyholder phone calls and email requests.

I worked at the circulation desk, processed applications for new library cards, and collected fines.

I worked as a page shelving books.
