Brian Dittmar is the Director of Government Relations for the Texas Medical Liability Trust (TMLT), the largest and most respected provider of professional liability insurance in Texas. Brian is TMLT’s liaison to various interest groups and public officials, and works to support TMLT’s goal of making a positive impact on the quality of healthcare in Texas by educating, protecting and defending healthcare providers. Brian is also a Senior Regional Manager of TMLT’s Claims Operations and works with a team of claims professionals to analyze, defend and resolve claims asserting allegations of medical negligence against TMLT’s policyholders. Brian has extensive “hands on” experience in successfully managing and directing all facets of professional liability litigation.
