Provide hands on educational support to children with varying disabilities in classroom environment, including but not limited to: modification of assignments and assessments per individual student IEP, administration of assessments, management of student behavioral issues, as well as coordination and collaboration with regular education and special education teachers to ensure students achieve goals and reach their maximum potential for success.
