In charge of generating and analyzing anti-collision reports and being able to mitigate any concerns that arise.Provided continuous 24/7 well planning technical support for multiple rigs and customers in the Mid-Con & Permian Districts. This support included target line changes, sidetracks, survey management, or anti-collision. Successfully completed a wide range of challenging horizontal wells in Oklahoma (Scoop & Stack), Texas (Barnett & Eagle Ford), and New Mexico (Permian) for multiple operators. Adhered to directional plans regarding doglegs in the curve, nudges, tangents, drilling windows, and anti-collision. Drove operational efficiency by involving all relevant parties; including engineers, company representatives, Halliburton office personnel, and rig crews, in the planning and execution of drilling procedure. Championed workplace safety by leading JSA discussion/pre-tour safety meetings and debriefs, participating in pre-spud meetings, and by identifying and mitigating hazards in all job situations.
