With over six years of experience in real estate development and management, I am an Assistant Development Manager at Windmill Development Group, a leader in sustainable and innovative urban design. I have an MBA from the Rotman School of Management with a major in real estate, and I am a certified LEED Green Associate.My core competencies include attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication. I have supported the Toronto branch project management teams in design coordination and approvals for GTA area projects, ranging from multi-residential to commercial and office use. I have also participated in the rezoning and redeveloping of an 11-acre industrial property into a mixed-use multi-phased project with 1.6 million square feet of developable space.
