    • I became a member of Cadbridge in October of 2012. I manage the procurement for various capital expenditures of projects for the hotel we own. • Each project begins with the budget I create detailing all requirements specified by the contracted Interior Designer for that given project for AFE (approval for expenditure).• Specifications are issued to the supply base for quoting on items such as case goods to carpet, wall covering to bathroom amenities etc. required for both phases of the project from Mock up to Roll out “production” or “full Reno”.• Having many Projects going at once I created a spreadsheet that allowed me to follow up with my supply base across the gummite mock ups and full Reno’s at one time. My spreadsheet improved efficiencies by 90-95% and I would track and trace shipments to all destinations with one supplier at a time.• I attend team meetings communicating the progress of each project with the VP of Design and Construction, Project Managers, Design Team and Designers.

The agreement was signed to include retro spend from January 1 2010 totaling a savings for 1st and 2nd quarter in the amount of $30,284 US funds. • Champion for many awarded CET programs in various stages of Pre-Production launch.• May 2012 negotiated a retro rebate of $64,000 CDN funds with one of our packaging suppliers for materials purchased over the last 13 months.• My over-all spend for this time period was 44 million with a 3% cost saving average per year.• Back up support for our Purchasing Manager when she is out of the office – negotiating best price on tooling, Approving requisitions & Po’s, attend Meetings etc.• Manage CET Truck Pick-up Schedule by coordinating and scheduling local daily pick ups and deliveries.• At present my commodities consist of Metal – raw Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Wire Mesh and Carrier, Stamping, Roll Forming and Metal Related Sub-Contractors, Painting, Packaging (Expendable & Returnable) dunnage etc., and General Fasteners (metal clips, bolts inserts rivets etc).
