Robin Saunders, RMT, SMT(cc) graduated from Canadian College Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2009. She is a member of the Massage Therapist’s & Wholistic Practitioners Association of the Maritimes and Canadian Sport Massage Therapy Association. Robin is a Registered Massage Therapist and is currently a certification candidate to obtain her Sport Massage Therapist certification.Robin actively volunteers within the sport community at various events working with athletes of amateur to professional status. Robin has provided massage therapy to athletes involved with the Bluenose Marathon, Tim Horton’s Brier, the Halifax Mooseheads, the 2011 Canadian Winter Games, 2012 FIVB Beach Volleyball SWATCH World Junior Championship, the Halifax Rainmen. Robin uses techniques such as: Swedish therapy, deep tissue, Myofascial release, Trigger Point therapy release, stretching and strengthening conditioning. Robin continues to provide valuable care for her all her clients and enjoys a healthy lifestyle involving sports, fitness and outdoor activities.
