Robin has worked globally, helping clients transform performance through building capability in their people, processes and systems/technology. With 14 years’ experience in operational improvement and line management, including 5 years as Managing Director of Lodestone Partners (acquired by DSS), 5 years with operations improvement consulting firm Partners in Performance and two years as a manager at BHP Billiton. He has worked across many industries, including metals and mining, oil and gas, manufacturing, agriculture, consulting, research and development, recruitment and hospitality. Prior to consulting, Robin spent two years in Business Improvement, and one year developing and implementing Risk Management and Business Continuity Management processes, at BHP Billiton’s Stainless Steel Materials operations.
