Hr Advisor
Current•Provides oversight and support for local site / business unit needs in the areas of employee engagement, employee relations, change management, local training delivery, data gathering and documentation and community relations; •May support multiple geographies or business units and/or provide support for highly complex workforce environments;•Manages complex ER escalations (e.g., deaths, ER complications) and investigation / appeal process, when needed, for Discipline/Terms, etc.;•Prepares and oversees final recommendations for wage changes at local level including execution and communication of wage and benefits changes;•Supports the planning, sequencing and execution of local change initiatives;•Executes local campus hiring, internship programs, reward and recognition programs communications, community events and PMP process;•Engages with Works Councils in bringing on new hires;•Sponsors/support local wellness agenda;•Ensures the ongoing sustainment of the HR Service Delivery model;•Coaches and supports line managers in driving the business and creating greater organizational health; and•Other miscellaneous duties assigned.
