Starting as an apprentice and a whole new career I have actively worked towards learning the required skills to install, maintain, Fault and upgrade the copper network and recently trained on the Full Fibre network. A Skill set that includes, Fibre installation, Building, faulting and maintaining the copper network, Broadband diagnosing and faulting skills Underground skills, jointing skills, working at height, erecting mobile access towers. Multi Skilled and multi-functional Engineer that is quick to adapt to new skills and new requirements to meet the best quality standards within a rapidly changing industry that best serves the customer wants, needs and requirements whilst maintaining Safety of myself, colleagues and members of the public through proactive risk assessments. Currently employed as a Bakery manager, managing up to 16 colleagues. And a store of over 200 colleagues.I am expected to deliver of targets in the four key areas; Customer, Colleague, Operations and Performance.With in this role i often will look after and run the store in the absence of the store manager or deputy manager, this involves making key decisions to ensure the absolute best experience for our customers.A key part of being bakery manager is planning, this will involve reviewing the weather forecast and planning for any hot weather or cold weather as this will impact sales and also impact waste. This also involves scheduling and completing production planning, these are key to really maximise sales and minimise waste.Another key part of being a bakery manager is ensuring and review process, this involves reviewing cleaning standards and ensuring that processes have been completed correctly.
