  Started the roll out of Openreach Programme of Fibre to the Cabinet in Halifax and developed the process for spines and access fibre which followed nationally.Moved on to the first Fibre to the Premise area in the North (York) and worked on developing the process and costs of providing this new type of network.Took on the role of covering Manager roles for 2 NGA colleagues in Middlesbrough and Bradford to use the knowledge gained for the development of the wider team.
