In my years at Braunschweiger Jewelers I have been in control of the brand image, ensuring one cohesive message across all advertising including; social, print, transit, billboards, commercials and in-store campaigns.Every year I propose and implement a yearly budget for out of home, direct, social and in-store promotions and advertising. This includes the many experiences and events for our clients which I develop, pitch, promote and implement. Personal appearances from designers, designer showroom visits, trunk shows, holiday and anniversary parties and elevated events for exclusive clientele are a few of the events we do on a regular basis.In 2017 I orchestrated an educational blog and video series written by our employees (mainly our jewelers and appraisers) to educate our clients and potential clients through our website. This blog continues today keeping up with the ever changing jewelry industry.In 2015 I managed the re-build of the business's website, transitioning it to an e-commerce site and adding interactive features such as designing your own ring or comparing 1,000's of diamonds. This, in conjunction with our new point of sales system, allows us to efficiently track clients buying patterns and tailor e-mail blasts that are relevant to the individual.
