Head chef at a predominantly fine dining personal banking office in St James, London. Unit comprised of 42 private meeting rooms, 8 private dining rooms and various function rooms. In addition, there was a small staff dining facility. Responsible for overseeing the entire operation, with the particular responsibility for the fine dining and hospitality.

Responsible for all hospitality food throughout the multi-site contract with 2,500 people on site. This includes a fine dining operation servicing two client floors and 58 rooms, a sandwich production kitchen that serves all buildings on the contract up for up to 1,500 people each day, and a central production kitchen servicing all buildings with buffets.

Responsible for 9 fixed price contracts across the South East of England

Supported Operations Managers throughout the company. Subsequently asked to take responsibility for four O2 sites in Slough.
