Robin works as Head of Inclusive Design at RNIB where he provides leadership and expertise for the organisation’s inclusive design teams. Robin leads on the development of innovative strategic partnerships globally. Robin has worked across the disability space for two decades including extensive work with NGOs, the private sector and governments in Africa, South Asia and the Caribbean where he led the development of a unique cross sector partnership establishing a sustainable assistive technology model for Africa. Robin is active on various innovation strategy boards where he provides expertise and deep community understanding of the needs of disabled people. He routinely delivers university lectures and speaks to national and international press on smart tech and inclusion. Robin has presented at keynotes for major global brands including Amazon, Telefonica, Meta and Huawei. A published author, Robin is currently Vice Chair of the World Blind Union (WBU) Technology Group and a board member of the UK Institute of Coding. In 2021 Robin joined the Access Advisory Board of Lime and the steering group of ForuMM. He is also active on the Innovation board of O2 Virgin Media. Twitter @robinspinks
