I truly had the best of beginnings in the industry with a small but very busy Hampton Inn located in Dalton, GA. In the moment I began my role as a breakfast host, I became hooked. I loved that job so much, the people, the team, the guests, and the wonderful management team. Over the years, I still get that same feeling of excitement, and happiness anytime I walk into a hotel. I love the energy and the hustle of guest coming and going on their adventures. I instantly knew this was the career for me.I strive on building a great and purposeful team with a focus on the overall success of the hotel. We accomplish this by constantly feeding relationships with guests and team members. When the team is euphoric and concerned about the well being of the guests, then the guests feel it and can see the difference.A challenge is a new adventure for me and nothing that would make me shy away. I have not yet seen one hotel that can not be conquered with hands on work, careful delegation, and of course a team relentless in their goal to make a guest happy.Happy Travels!
