This highly skilled analytic team performs many important functions in support of the company’s $1.7 billion in annual sales such as working with sales teams in generating seven year revenue plans by program, customer, part, and manufacturing location; tracking the impact of long term pricing agreements with customers and suppliers; performing financial risk analysis for sourcing suppliers; completing market analysis for future and existing products; monitoring raw material markets and the impact on profit; developing annual departmental budgets that are aligned with the company’s annual operating plan; reporting actual results/variances against key targets of the annual operating plan (AOP).
