Currently the National MDS Director and Nurse Consultant at AHI - Advanced Health Institute, a leading provider of healthcare services and solutions. With a Master's degree in Nursing Administration and Leadership, and I hold certifications in ICD-10 coding and MDS.Skilled in quality improvement, culture change, and system improvement, and I have successfully implemented EMR and matrix systems in various settings. I am passionate about dementia care and technology innovation, and I have applied non-pharmaceutical interventions such as aromatherapy, music and memory, and person-centered care to enhance the well-being and quality of life of residents. I am also a strong advocate for resident rights and a facilitator of wound care and patient advocacy.
