I have had the privilege of being a small part of many residents’ life journeys and hope to be part of an organization that places the resident first in all they do. For the past 20 years, I have worked for Asbury Communities, Inc., the supporting organization for Continuing Care Retirement Communities currently located in PA, MD, and TN. Most recently, I have been part of the corporate Operations team and worked closely with the Executive Directors and the leadership teams at the communities on the day-to-day aspects of running the campus as well as strategic planning and new initiatives. My role included supporting the leadership teams in creating annual operational plans that aligned with the corporate strategic plan and building a budget to support that plan; analyzing resident and associate feedback from engagement surveys to develop strategies to improve satisfaction and trust; supporting quality initiatives; developing new programming and master planning. At times, I collaborated with individuals at a single site focused on a challenge at that community, and at other times I facilitated groups of representatives from each campus to make decisions or develop strategies that would have a system-wide impact.I look forward to discussing how my skills and experiences might serve your organization.
