As a Field Chief Data Strategy Officer at Databricks, I have more than 25 years of experience in helping global organizations harness the power of data and AI to achieve their digital transformation goals. I provide consultation and thought leadership on how to successfully implement data-driven transformations, including people, process, culture, and technology. I am passionate about enabling customers and partners to obtain value from data, whether it is to increase operational efficiency, improve employee or customer experience, or create new and innovative products and solutions. I lead by example, strive for operational excellence, and coach organizations to adopt a data-centric mindset. I also leverage my legal background and certifications to navigate the complex and evolving landscape of data governance, ethics, and privacy.In addition to my current role, I am a founding member of two influential networks that aim to support and empower women leaders in data and AI and in general. I believe in giving back to the community and mentoring the next generation of data and AI professionals. I am also a lifelong learner who constantly seeks new challenges and opportunities to grow. I have obtained two law degrees and multiple professional certifications, all while working full time, parenting my daughters, and balancing personal commitments.
