Coach Officer - Security Services - City Of Mississauga
CurrentHighly experienced and skilled Coach Officer, teaching and training new hires their frontline authorities, job duties, changing roles in the field and overall expectations. Demonstrating on the job education and enforcement of the Corporations bylaws enforced by Transit Enforcement and Corporate Enforcement, as well as use of the Criminal Code of Canada and the Trespass to Property Act. Providing guidance, support, reflection and leadership to ensure new hires are fully equipped with the skills and understanding of their newly appointed position. Using keen observation skills and various training techniques to ensure each trainee receives the knowledge and understanding of their new position in a personalized manner geared to their learning style, with the goal of their successful completion of the coach officer training period.
