Reporting to the Director Demand and Business Relationship, I am responsible for managing the relationship and demand between TNT Express Global Network and Operations - Global Hubs and Gateways and TNT Global IT.Successfully managed and facilitated workshops with key stakeholders to define the business requirements and IT capabilities required to support TNT's Global Air Network, Special Services and Global Transit Hub operations to simplify and transform the application landscape of TNT's Air Cargo Supply Chain. More recently I have been hand picked by the program sponsors within the business to run the IT workstream for a €70M project at TNT's European Air Hub in Liege, Belgium.
