- Instrumental in setting up and running day-to-day operations at QT Ultrasound’s commercial arm, QT Breast Health- Communicate with customers and physicians about QT Ultrasound technology- Lead development of training materials for radiologists- Lead trainer for all scan technicians and clinicians on the ultrasound scanner, the DICOM viewer, and clinical process workflow- Extensive experience in working with clinicians and translating their needs to engineering and software requirements- Product manager for a proprietary software for viewing DICOM images generated by the QT Ultrasound scanner- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop business and customer needs for new product development and create a systems architecture that meets these needs- Work closely and communicate customer/user needs to the software team- Create and extensively maintain the Design History File independently. This design and development work included: engineering reports, FMEA, test plans, protocols, and reports, software specifications, manufacturing processes, Verification and Validation, failure analyses and hosting design reviews.- Aid in implementation and testing prototypes

- Initial contact point for clinical and commercial sites for all service requests including image processing, software bugs/failures, and hardware issues- Experienced in remote troubleshooting medical devices- Travel to sites to troubleshoot and resolve scanner issues related to both software and hardware- Lead on creating and maintaining device failure reports- Create service procedures and perform Preventative Maintenance on all field scanners- Scanner installations in the field and create procedure and perform system acceptance testing/validation on all scanners
