I am a lawyer, Partner, and Accredited Specialist in Employment Law based in Edinburgh at Anderson Strathern providing legal advice on all aspects of employment law in Scotland and the UK.The clients I represent include some of the UK’s largest and prominent employers, global corporations, SMEs, estates, educational institutions, GPs, public bodies, as well as individual employees and directors.I represent clients in the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal and I have successfully defended numerous claims over the years. I have a success rate of over 95% for over 45 substantive hearings.
