I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) working remotely as a private practitioner providing telehealth counseling services through Forward Wellness Therapy based out of Placentia, California. I provide counseling services for all California residents ages 15-100 years via telehealth. My primary focus is working with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, and those who are struggling with adjustment to life changes. Some of the services I provide are mental health intake assessments, individual counseling services, treatment plan development services, crisis management services, and the diagnosis of DSM-5 disorders. I utilize interventions from the following therapeutic modalities: Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Psychoanalytic Therapy.
