Have worked in the hospitality industry for over 9 years now. Starting as a glass collector moving up through club, pub and restaurant chains to my current position now. My previous position comprises of aiding Deputy Managers and General Managers in running of restaurants. This includes monitoring staff costs, motivating a team of people to perform the best they can, enhancing the up selling of products we sell whilst promoting the company and its brand ethics. My previous role consisted of managing a team of 20 running both airside lounge and bar and also landslide Cafe. Placing orders, meeting clients, doing rotas and enhancing menus, both drink and food, setting prices, and generally running the retail side of matters.
