• Ensures quality conformity of supplies via active monitoring of the supplier performance and take corrective actions (incident and complaint handling)• Supports supplier development programs on-site / off-site (incl. training of potential suppliers to meet Philips Quality Standards)• Supports the early involvement of suppliers in new product development and product/component improvement• Performs quality audits (VDA), re-audits and performance management at suppliers ensure the follow-up of agreed actions at the suppliers• Participates in the Supplier Selection process for the quality aspects• Annually definition of the quality target with supplier and keep monitor their performance• Ensures timeline and correct GSRS data-input for assigned suppliers• Sets supplier quality aspects for new / improved products ensuring manufacturability aspects at suppliers (improve supplied quality)• Ensures the component/ product release at the supplier according agreed specification and quality requirements• Executes the contractual definition and agreement on product and process specifications with the supplier (e.g. PQA / MQS)• Supports incident related liability recovery (CoNQ)• Preparation for and approval of PPAP's and PSW (where applicable)• Participates in the business review meeting with assigned supplier representing SQ.
