Enablement Program Manager
CurrentAs an Enablement Program Manager, I am responsible for improving our Go-To-Market Team's skills, workflows, and efficiency regarding our internal tools and processes. This includes: - Owner of our Sales Enablement Platform, which provides sellers and customer-facing teams with crucial resources about: competitive insights, our products, processes, industries & personas, sales pitch decks, etc. - Owner of our global Inbound & Outbound messaging and content, used by sellers to reach out to leads and prospects effectively and efficiently. - Strategizing, building, and rolling out Enablement Programs and resources that improve our GTM team's efficiency and productivity regarding our internal tech stack. - Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Value, Operations, and Product. - Responsible for optimizing ROI of our tech stack by getting teams to value quicker when using GTM tools such as Salesforce, Highspot, Outreach, LinkedIn, etc.
