Key duties included performing month and year-end close and audit processes for annual revenues in excess of $1 billion dollars. Key projects completed included leading the integration and standardization of financial systems and processes for new clinic acquisitions; performing due diligence on receivables prior to successful acquisition of the University of Minnesota Hospital and working with hospital and clinical staff to develop methodology and tools to compile, analyze and report operational and financial healthcare metrics.
