Managed a number of tier 1 Supply Chain Device and accessory vendors covering all supply chain functions to deliver to KPI’s and budget. Responsibility for managing device forecasts and supply planning under a CPFR forecasting model across Sony, LG and Motorola accounts covering £200M+ annual spend.• Managed direct report responsible for £15mn pa spend on supply and availability of O2’s Accessories to all sales channels.• Responsible for Distributor relationships and maximising value and integration into O2’s supply chain.• Commercial and contractual lead to deliver stock reduction projects within accessories category. Generated £800k savings by transferring ownership of all stock to 2 Distributors via Vendor managed inventory• Ownership of £10M annual spend on Gift With Purchase, sourcing negotiating pricing and timely supply to align with Marketing plan.• Responsible for operational supply chain KPI’s – days stock, stock value & availability.

Overall operational ownership, delivery and management of O2’s £20M SIM card supply vital to meet all O2 connection targets.Identified several network and operational process improvements including negotiating packaging fulfilment costs, generating savings of £800K and simplifying the allocation of network capacity needed to secure supply. In turn this reduced lead times by 20% and increasing overall vendor capacity to cover the 60% YoY increase in total SIM card volumes.
