Established and led the companies Retailer Marketing department. Created the strategic plan and management structure to build and maintain an active network of Corporate level marketing relationships with over 4,500 tenants at 190 Simon Malls. Led tenant awareness and engagement in an integrated calendar of consumer events, promotional programs, leasing support initiatives, and communication strategies to enhance the Simon brand experience. Improved existing mall marketing channels and created new ones. Conducted research to generate consumer insights for concept development. Results used to define target shoppers for brand, partner, and program development. Established methodology through trend reports, case studies, support tools, field seminars, and digital B2B web site for field teams to provide consistent and category leading marketing support for Simon tenants.

Responsible for building brand preference and cardholder usage through the design and implementation of global marketing programs and promotions. First to leverage the iconic "Priceless" brand positioning to create global advertising and promotional campaigns around key cardholder usage periods. Programs secured highest levels of "Priceless" brand advertising impact at the time and launched successfully in all major global markets.Designed and implemented a global tourism strategy involving extensive partner marketing with brand leaders in air, car, hotel, and key tourism destinations.

Engaged in a range of travel industry marketing and management activity with segment leading providers including VP Marketing for Lindblad Expeditions, the pioneer of luxury eco-tourism, and Marketing Director for Carlson managing regional franchise relations. Created and launched Adventure Travel, a company dedicated to active outdoor tourism.

Supported launch of American Express card usage in the Professional Sports category securing multi year sponsorship programs with the NBA, NFL, MLB, and NHL and managing ongoing marketing program development. Managed Card usage programs in the Performing Arts category supervising relationships with Broadway, Off Broadway, Regional Theater, Opera, and Symphony organizations.
