I am driven by responsibility and accountability. Each day is a new day to make great things happen and have a positive impact on those around me. I enjoy the entire problem resolution process of identifying the issue, researching the cause, analyzing the cause to confirm accuracy of assumptions, developing an action plan, executing the plan and then review and adjust as needed to fully resolve the issue. These innate traits along with my education and Sales Management experience drove my success in doubling annual sales for the Daikin Applied, West Region. I also negotiated and completed 16 additional distributor agreements in North America that led to increased annual revenue of $10 million. It is my goal to continuously improve so I can make a difference to others, organizations or communities. My experience in Learning and Development as a Training Manager has provided the opportunity to connect people, mentor and coach groups of people and individuals to advance their skills and knowledge in order to reach their potential. I have successfully trained 140 Graduate Engineers over 6 years in addition to evaluating organizational and Sales Team development needs and created 46 learning programs to meet those needs. StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment, my top 5 strengths are: Responsibility, Includer, Woo, Developer, Restorative. From the MBTI (Myers-Briggs) assessment, I am an ESFP (Extrovert, Sensing, Feeling and Perceiving). What does all that mean? I love to work with people, bring people together, solve problems, build relationships, lead teams through change management and have fun while working hard. People I know and work with (including customers) see me as trustworthy, accountable and credible. They know I will get the job done and go the extra mile to find a solution to problems.
