With 10+ years of research experience, I've seen a lot. But nothing was more satisfying or gratifying to me and my career growth than getting the opportunity to lead my own teams. I'm open to market research and Senior CSM roles, but more specifically, I am seeking opportunities to get back at the helm and help individuals and teams succeed.I've managed market research projects from start to finish, managed programs to enable and grow market research customers in the SaaS space, as well as led customer success and operations teams to success in the face of staggering odds by coaching, mentorship, and improving cross-functional relationships. I've also spent 4 years leading Employee Resource Groups as part of company-wide Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts because everyone truly deserves to feel that they have a voice in the organization they work for.I'm a skilled researcher, leader, and a people-first mentor, always approaching growth and development- whether a colleague or customer - with the individual at the heart of that growth.
