- Production support of the IT Finance project costing and allocation tool including: - Maintenance of key tables within the project costing/allocation tool and understanding of their impact on financial reporting - Importing key data into the system and running batch processes as necessary - Development and maintenance of documentation for key processes such as release management, archiving, and security - Monitoring processes and balancing feeds to corporate outlook system - Support of the monthly ledger close activities as necessary - Strategizing with our controllers and developers to implement efficiencies and enhance reporting. - Collaborating with the IT Finance Controllership Teams from a monthly close, forecasting, and project standpoint. - Perform financial analysis of revenue and/or expense components within the SRS Transition services organization - Provide financial support via enhanced analysis capabilities and ad-hoc reporting within the Finance area and to various business owners throughout the organization. - Participate in the month-end production process as necessary. Summarize results and potential issues in an effective manner to provide clear communication to the Transition Services Team
